White truffles: a quick recipe
Ingredients
- 125g Butter
- 250g White chocolate
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 150g Fluid fresh cream
- 2cl lemon juice
Preparation
- Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with a spoonful of milk. As soon as it is melted, remove it from the heat then add the soft butter and the lemon juice. Mix well.
- Whip the cream and fold it into the chocolate, continuing to whisk for 1 min.
- Then place this preparation in the fridge to firm it up.
- Scoop small balls out of the dough with a spoon. Roll them in the palms of your hands so as to give them a nice round shape and put them in the fridge
