White truffles: a quick recipe

Ingredients

  • 125g Butter
  • 250g White chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 150g Fluid fresh cream
  • 2cl lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with a spoonful of milk. As soon as it is melted, remove it from the heat then add the soft butter and the lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. Whip the cream and fold it into the chocolate, continuing to whisk for 1 min.
  3. Then place this preparation in the fridge to firm it up.
  4. Scoop small balls out of the dough with a spoon. Roll them in the palms of your hands so as to give them a nice round shape and put them in the fridge
