Fried Pancakes
Crêpes Frites are a salty and crispy version of traditional crêpes. Pancakes are cut into chunks, breaded and fried until golden and crispy, creating a tasty and fun-to-eat dish.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 120g (1 cup) flour
- 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) oil
- vegetable
- A pinch of salt
- a pinch of sugar
- 150g of ham
- 150g cooked cheese
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
Preparation
- In a blender, add the eggs, flour, milk, vegetable oil, salt and sugar and mix well until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a hot greased skillet and cook the pancakes on both sides.
- Arrange the pieces of cooked ham and the slices of cheese and fold each one.
- Transfer to eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
