Sausage Balls
Sausage balls are balls of minced meat seasoned with various spices and herbs, formed into small balls and cooked in a pan or in the oven. They can be served as an appetizer, snack or accompaniment to a main course.
Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 3g dry yeast
- 12 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- 42g of butter
- 125ml hot milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 12 sausages
- 1 egg
- Smoothie and parsley to garnish
Preparation
- In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg, melted butter, milk and salt. Mix and work well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Let stand for 90 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 portions, then roll out and roll each one.
- Wrap the sausages and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Then cover with a beaten egg and add a little parsley.
- Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes
