Mimosa Eggs with Shrimps

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 12 large prawns
- 100g mayonnaise
- 1 shallot
- Salt pepper
- Paprika
Preparation
- Cook the eggs for ten minutes and peel them.
- Chop the shallot as finely as possible.
- Mount the mayonnaise.
- Shell the prawns. Cut the eggs in half, gently remove the yolks and crush them and add the mayonnaise and seasonings.
- Mix everything together and fill the whites with it using a fluted pastry bag.
- Arrange the prawns, sprinkle with a pinch of paprika.
