Yoghurt Genoise: The Soft Dessert
A yoghurt sponge cake very easy to prepare. It is an ideal cake to make between family with a coffee or tea, good preparation.
Ingredients
- 350g natural yoghurt
- 4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 50g cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Granulated sugar
Instructions
- Start by separating the yolks from the whites.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar then add the starch, the baking powder and the yoghurt.
- Beat the egg whites stiff with a pinch of salt.
- Add to mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
