Apple Cinnamon Cake
This apple and cinnamon cake is a moist and fragrant dessert, perfect for fall. The apples are diced and mixed with cinnamon, sugar and flour before being incorporated into a cake batter made with butter, sugar, eggs and flour. The cake is baked until golden brown and served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a comforting and delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 apples (cut)
- 50 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 50 grams of icing sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- Cinnamon
Preparation
- Melt the butter and stir in the chopped apples, set aside.
- Sift the flour with the sugar and salt.
- Add eggs, milk and mix well.
- Add the apples and pour the batter onto a baking sheet.
- Garnish with cinnamon and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-40 minutes.
