High and Light Sponge Cake It’s Really Unmissable

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200 sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 baking powder of 7 g
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Leave the dripping pan on top to prevent the sponge cake from browning too much.
- Butter and line the mold, bottom and sides with parchment paper.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a food processor for 5 minutes.
- Add the sifted flour with the baking powder in 3 times with a spatula from bottom to top so as not to cause the appliance to fall.
- Pour into the pan and bake on the middle rack.
- Leave to cook for 45 mins.
- It depends on the ovens if your oven cooks quickly watch from 30 min but without opening the oven.
