This salad is very practical, easy, quick to prepare and very delicious, it is a salad to deflate the belly and lose weight quickly.

This salad is made up of a variety of nutritious foods that have diuretic properties and help eliminate excess fluids. Preparing this salad only takes 15 minutes and the whole family can enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes or 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped diced cucumbers
  • 1 avocado diced
  • Some cream cheese or feta cheese
  • 2 slices of red onion, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • A little sea salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl place the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and a little sea salt and black pepper, then mix them with a spoon.
