Spoon donuts: how to make them crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Soft and easy to make, you won’t be able to stop at just one!
Ingredients
- 250g (2 cups) flour
- 190 ml (¾ cup) water
- 10g (1 tbsp) fresh yeast
- 6g of salt
Preparation
- Whisk the yeast with lukewarm water. Add the flour and salt mixture. Mix well.
- Let rise for 2 hours.
- Pour the mixture and fry in hot oil. Serve.
