Ingredients
- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
- 80g cornstarch
- 100g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 3/4 liter of milk
Preparation
- Spread the shortcrust pastry in a 24/26 cm diameter tart tin.
- Mix in a saucepan the cornstarch, the sugars, the eggs added one by one with the milk added slowly.
- Put on the fire, stirring constantly. Remove from the first boil.
- Pour the mixture into the pie shell and cook for 35 to 40 minutes in a fairly hot preheated oven (thermostat 6/7).
