Fried Shrimps
Taste this light pan-fried, good for your health, and very pretty on the plate. A simple quick but above all delicious sautéed shrimp recipe, a timeless classic, a minimum of ingredients for a maximum of flavors.
Ingredients
- 600g cooked prawns
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. with turmeric
- 10 cl of liquid cream
- 1 lime
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Peel and mince the onion and garlic. Wash and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the chilli into rings. Chop the cilantro.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the garlic and chilli. Let cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes over high heat. Pour in the cream and mix.
- Add the prawns and half of the coriander then heat for 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice and garnish with the remaining chopped coriander.
