Roast chicken
A good roast chicken with potatoes for less work and dishes for a guaranteed presentable and very good result.
Ingredients
- Chicken marinade
- A grated onion
- 8 cloves of garlic, mashed
- 1 tbsp special chicken spices, Durcro for me
- 1 tbsp salt depending on the size of the chicken
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 c turmeric
- 1 c mixture of four spices (coriander, red pepper, garlic powder, caraway)
- 1 c Ginger
- Turkish Poultry Mix
- Oregano (زعتر )
- Rosemary (اكليل)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1c natural yogurt
Preparation
- Rub the chicken starting with the inside of the thighs, especially push the mixture well, then the outside.
- Let the chicken rest for at least an hour.
- Wrap in two cooking bags, add a little water and add it, in my way I don’t sting, but I don’t tighten the cord thoroughly.
- Put in a baking dish, once it is golden on one side, turn on the other side until golden brown about 1 hr 30.
- Pierce the bag to lower the cooking sauce into the mould.
- Barely salt and pepper the boiled potatoes with their skins, then peeled, put in the sauce and put back in the oven for a quarter of an hour under the grill.
- Serve pdt and chicken with parsley and lemon!
