Soft Bread With Sesame Seeds: Fragrant And Easy To Prepare!
Soft sesame seed bread is a fragrant and easy-to-prepare delight, ideal to accompany a meal or for a tasty breakfast. It is prepared with a soft and light dough, embellished with sesame seeds which give it a crunchy texture and a delicious taste.
Ingredients
- 640g (5 cups) flour
- 400 ml (1 3/4 cup) water
- 7g (1 1/2 tsp) sugar
- 7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
- 5 g (1 teaspoon) salt
- Breadcrumbs
- 30g (2 tbsp) yoghurt
- 1 egg yolk
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
- In a bowl, add the flour, water, sugar, dry yeast, salt and mix. When everything is mixed, knead the dough to create the dough. Cover the dough and let rise for 40 minutes.
- When the time is up, remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into 6 pieces. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and transfer the balls. Cover with a towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt and egg yolk to prepare the mixture for the coating. After 30 minutes of rest, coat the buns with a tablespoon of the mixture.
- Soft bread with sesame seeds at your fingertips. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 240°C/464°F for 20 minutes.
