Ingredients & Preparation

- 1/2 liter of milk
- Mix then gradually add: 200 g flour, 50 g cornflour
- Let stand 1 full hour before cooking
- For the stuffing: Prepare béchamel
- 40g butter
- 40g flour
- 3 v of milk, a piece of cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg
- A cooked and coarsely crumbled chicken breast or even leftovers
- 5 tbsp bechamel sauce
- A handful of chopped mushrooms
- 3 tbsp parsley
