CHEESY ZUCCHINI BREADSTICKS

These Cheesy Zucchini Breadsticks are the best party food! Every time my friends come over, I always make sure that I have these heavenly treats on the dinner table! They are just so easy to make yet very delicious. My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Ingredients:
1/3 c Parmesan Cheese
1 egg
4 c Grated Zucchini
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese
1 c Grated Cheese of Choice (topping)
Directions:
Place the grated zucchini onto paper towels, then squeeze until most of the liquids are gone.
In a mixing bowl, add the grated zucchini, egg, Mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
Line with parchment paper a baking dish.
Transfer the zucchini mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Place the zucchini mixture inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top it with your favourite cheese.
Put it back inside the oven and bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melted completely.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
