1 Point Light Pancakes
Light pancakes are a delicious alternative to traditional pancakes. They are easy to make and can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200g flour
- 50g cornstarch
- 1/2 L semi-skimmed milk
Preparation
- In a bowl, put the flour and cornstarch.
- Add the eggs then pour in the milk little by little while mixing.
- Leave the dough to rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
- Cook the pancakes in the pan for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
