Egg and sausage muffins: tasty to serve as an appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped carrot
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 sausages chopped
4 eggs
50 ml milk (1/5 cup)
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Chopped parsley
50 g mozzarella cheese, grated.

METHOD
1.In a skillet, add butter and onion, sauté for a few minutes, then add carrots, pepper, salt and black pepper.

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper, then add the mixed vegetables and the parsley.
  2. Put the chopped sausages in the muffin pan and fill with the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
