Egg and sausage muffins: tasty to serve as an appetizer!
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped carrot
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 sausages chopped
4 eggs
50 ml milk (1/5 cup)
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Chopped parsley
50 g mozzarella cheese, grated.
METHOD
1.In a skillet, add butter and onion, sauté for a few minutes, then add carrots, pepper, salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper, then add the mixed vegetables and the parsley.
- Put the chopped sausages in the muffin pan and fill with the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
