Quick and Very Good Zebra Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 250ml oil
- 100ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 250g sugar
- 300g flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Butter and flour a 23 cm diameter mold
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar with the oil and the milk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Divide this mixture into two equal parts.
- Mix the flour with the yeast.
- one, add 175 g of flour and vanilla extract, then whisk.
- In the other, add the remaining quantity of flour with the cocoa, and whisk.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. In the center of the mold, alternately pour two or more tablespoons of each batter, ie one on top of the other. Repeat the process until the pasta is used up.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, checking for doneness (a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake should come out dry).
- Leave to cool for 5 minutes before unmolding the cake.
