Milk Rolls a Real Delight
Ingredients
- 310ml milk
- 60g soft butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 600g flour
- 1 bag of brioche
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg (+ 1 for glazing: optional)
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in the robot.
- Run the dough program.
- Take out the dough and form buns once the program is finished.
- Leave to swell for another 30 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 200°.
- Brush the buns with an egg yolk + milk + sugar.
