Extra Soft and Light Yoghurt and Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- For the dough
- 1 pot of plain yogurt
- 3 jars of flour
- ½ jar of oil
- 2 jars of sugar
- 150g dark chocolate
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- For the dark chocolate glaze
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g butter
Preparation
- How to make the ultra moist yogurt and chocolate cake?
- Turn on the oven and bring it to a temperature of 200 degrees.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and let it cool.
- Empty the yogurt pot into a bowl. Clean it to measure the other ingredients.
- Add these to the bowl and mix well to obtain a smooth paste.
- Then add the chocolate. Mix again.
- Generously butter a mold and pour the batter into it. Bake for half an hour.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by melting the two ingredients.
- Mix well and let cool.
- Remove the cake from the oven and coat it with the chocolate frosting.
- The ultra soft yogurt and chocolate cake is ready.
