Easy Recipe for Marbled and Very Moist Cake
Cake or marble cake with extra soft chocolate and vanilla yogurt, ultra melt-in-the-mouth, an easy, quick and economical recipe with simple ingredients that you often have in your kitchen .
Ingredients
- 330g flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 350g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 C. vanilla tea/coffee (or 2 sugar-vanilla sachets)
- 150ml oil
- 2 small pots of vanilla yogurt (or banana)
- 28g baking powder
Preparation
- Grease a tube pan. In a large bowl, beat until doubled in volume 350 g sugar, 6 eggs, and 1 tbsp. powdered or liquid vanilla tea/coffee.
- Add 150 ml of oil, and mix again. Then add 2 small pots of vanilla yogurt, beating after each addition.
- Add 28 g of sifted baking powder and mix. Add 300 g of sifted flour, and beat until smooth.
- Roughly divide the mixture into two equal parts. In one, add 30 g of sifted flour, and mix.
- In the second portion, pour 30 g of cocoa, and still with the electric mixer, mix until homogeneous.
- Pour half of the white batter into the mold, and do the same with half of the chocolate batter. Pour the rest of the white paste.
- Finish by pouring the second half of the chocolate batter. Put in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F), and cook for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Turn the cake out onto a wire rack and let cool. Then turn the cake right side up, and before serving, cut into slices.
