Yogurt Cake Classic Version

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vanilla or banana flavored yogurt
  • 1 yogurt pot (empty) filled with sugar
  • 1 yogurt pot (empty) filled with oil
  • 3 baking powders
  • 3 yoghurt pot (empty) filled with flour (do not put less flour)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. The technique consists of putting the eggs and the sugar in a blender, mixing well together, pouring over the oil then the lemon and the yoghurt, mixing well until a kind of mayonnaise is obtained, pouring into a container then slowly add the flour with the incorporated yeast using a whisk.
  2. Mix then pour into a buttered and floured mold if it is non-stick.
  3. Bake in a cold oven over very low heat. For at least 40 minutes to 50 minutes or even 1 hour.
  4. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife, if it comes out clean the cake is cooked.
