Garlic and Sage Roasted Potatoes: Crispy, Delicious and Easy to Make
Perfectly crispy and beautifully browned Garlic and Sage Roasted Potatoes, these potatoes are the perfect side dish!
Ingredients
- 10 potatoes
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 55g (1/4 cup) Butter
- Garlic
- Sage
Preparation
- Cut the potatoes in half and transfer them to the pan with the water.
- Season with salt, and when the water boils, boil for 15 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Pour the olive oil into the pan and transfer to the oven for 10 minutes to heat the oil.
- Pour the potatoes into the pan with the hot oil and cover each potato with the oil. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, add the butter, garlic and chopped sage. Sauté for a few minutes then remove from heat.
- Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes in the pan and add the few sage leaves. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/392°F for 10 more minutes until golden brown.
