WW Light Butterless Pancakes
Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of sweetener
- 300ml lukewarm skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of oil + a paper towel
Preparation
- In a bowl put the flour and make a well in the center.
- Add the vanilla sugar and warm milk then mix.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing with a whisk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
- Wrap the bowl with cling film and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pancake pan then grease it lightly with a paper towel soaked in oil.
- Then cook your pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
