WW Light Butterless Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 150g flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of sweetener
  • 300ml lukewarm skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of oil + a paper towel

Preparation

  1. In a bowl put the flour and make a well in the center.
  2. Add the vanilla sugar and warm milk then mix.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing with a whisk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
  4. Wrap the bowl with cling film and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick pancake pan then grease it lightly with a paper towel soaked in oil.
  6. Then cook your pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
