Hazelnut Butter Cream

Ingredients

  • 200g butter
  • 120g icing sugar
  • 100g hazelnut powder
  • 2 egg yolks

Preparation

  1. Take the butter out a good hour before at room temperature. Cut it into pieces. When it is ointment, whisk it gently with a mixer to smooth it.
  2. When the consistency of the butter is creamy, gradually pour in the icing sugar while continuing to whisk. When the icing sugar is completely incorporated, increase the speed.
  3. Add the egg yolks and hazelnut powder. Continue whisking for a few more moments
