Hazelnut Butter Cream
Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 120g icing sugar
- 100g hazelnut powder
- 2 egg yolks
Preparation
- Take the butter out a good hour before at room temperature. Cut it into pieces. When it is ointment, whisk it gently with a mixer to smooth it.
- When the consistency of the butter is creamy, gradually pour in the icing sugar while continuing to whisk. When the icing sugar is completely incorporated, increase the speed.
- Add the egg yolks and hazelnut powder. Continue whisking for a few more moments
