Stuffed Sandwiches: Perfect For A Delicious Appetizer!
Stuffed sandwiches are traditional sandwiches filled with slices of meat, cheese, and fresh vegetables, such as lettuce leaves and tomato slices. They are perfect for a quick and easy lunch or for an outdoor picnic.
Ingredients
- 500 g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
- 1 C. salt
- 1 C. baking powder
- 150g of butter
- 1 egg
- 200g sour cream
- For filling
- 350g of chicken meat
- 2 onions
- 1 potato
- salt
- Paprika
- Pepper
- 50 ml (0.23 cup) oil
- Parsley
- Sesame
- Egg yolk
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and form into balls. Unroll the cakes. Put the filling in the middle of the cake and cover with another cake.
- Close the edges in the shape of a flower. Put the formed sandwiches on a baking sheet and brush them with yolk.
- Form the leaves of the flower and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 minutes at 180C° / 350°F
