Moroccan Kefta Skewers
Ingredients
- 500 g of minced lamb
- 1/2 bunch of chopped flat-leaf parsley and coriander
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 2 to 3 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 C. teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 C. ground cumin, 1 tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. teaspoon ground black pepper and salt
Preparation
- Mix everything with your fingers
- Form sausages the size of the merguez sausages but thicker then put them on a skewer or leave them that way.
- Grill the time but not too much to prevent the meat from being too dry.
