Baked zucchini cordon bleu: light, crunchy, tasty!
The ingredients
We need these ingredients:
1 tablespoon of flour
200 g of cheese of your choice
3 courgettes
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
20 or 30 ml of vegetable oil
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
100 g of breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of paprika
The preparation
Take the courgettes and cut them into fairly thick slices. Then with a knife each washer is engraved in the middle and the result is transferred into a boule. We fix salt and oil and mix (gently) with our hands to make them taste.
Now on a flat plate we pour the breadcrumbs, paprika and flour, then mix the three ingredients well.
At this point we pass our zucchini rounds in the mix of breadcrumbs and flour and then we place them on a baking sheet, spaced from each other and in good order.

Then we put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 30/35 minutes.
Preparation of the filling and final cooking
Meanwhile we grate the garlic and the cheese. Then add the parsley to this mix and mix everything with the help of a spoon.
After half an hour of cooking, we recover the pan from the oven.
Then, delicately, insert a small amount of our cheese mixture into the incision we made at the beginning in the middle of each zucchini slice.
At this point, all that remains is to put the courgettes back in the oven for another five minutes and cook them at the same temperature (180 degrees).
After five minutes, all that remains is to bring them to the table and taste them.
Enjoy your meal!
