Ingredients

  • 200 gr of grated apples (2 fruits)
  • 100 g of raisins
  • 130 g of rice flour
  • 80 g of semolina flour
  • 50 g of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. To start, peel the raw apples, grate them in a bowl, sprinkle them with the lemon juice filtered through a sieve, add the semolina and mix with a spatula.
  2. Now rinse the raisins with water, add them to the mixture, mix, cover with transparent film and leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour .
  3. After this period of time, add the oil, the rice flour (which must be sifted) and the baking powder, then mix with a spatula to properly absorb the powders.
  4. Now line a dripping pan with special paper, then spread the dough over it with your hands giving it a thickness of 1 centimeter and cut it into squares.
  5. Finally put them to cook in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C , at the end help yourself with a knife to divide the biscuits and enjoy them.
