Ingredients
- 200 gr of grated apples (2 fruits)
- 100 g of raisins
- 130 g of rice flour
- 80 g of semolina flour
- 50 g of oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
- To start, peel the raw apples, grate them in a bowl, sprinkle them with the lemon juice filtered through a sieve, add the semolina and mix with a spatula.
- Now rinse the raisins with water, add them to the mixture, mix, cover with transparent film and leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour .
- After this period of time, add the oil, the rice flour (which must be sifted) and the baking powder, then mix with a spatula to properly absorb the powders.
- Now line a dripping pan with special paper, then spread the dough over it with your hands giving it a thickness of 1 centimeter and cut it into squares.
- Finally put them to cook in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C , at the end help yourself with a knife to divide the biscuits and enjoy them.
