Foamy eggs, a really light and good dish for dinner with only 125 calories!

By liliaturcin5

To prepare a quick, substantial dinner with a delicate taste, especially delicious, we recommend foamy eggs . Which, contrary to what one might believe, are also really very easy to make. In fact, although it is not a question of cooking the classic fried eggs in this recipe there is absolutely nothing complicated. Indeed, the procedure is very simple and will allow you to obtain a spongy, soft and delicious dish.

Furthermore, if you want to eat an even tastier dish, you can add cooked ham cut into strips, or any other light ingredient you like, to the eggs.

The recipe for foamy eggs, a protein-packed second course with very few calories

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • parsley and aromatic herbs to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Evo oil
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Procedure

  1. To begin, take the parsley, wash and chop it, then break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks, pouring the latter one into a different cup ( alternatively, plastic cups are also fine ).
  2. Once this is done, whisk the egg whites together with a pinch of salt, making sure that your mixture is stiff.
  3. At this point add the parsley, the aromatic herbs of your choice and the pepper to the egg whites then, to avoid disassembling them, incorporate the ingredients by mixing from the bottom up.
  4. Now take a non-stick pan and pour a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil into it, which must then be distributed evenly over the surface, then let it heat up just a bit.
  5. Then take 4 piles of egg whites and pour them into the pan , while keeping the rest of the mixture aside, open a hollow in the center of each pile and very delicately place the egg yolks.
  6. Take half of the foam that you have not used and cover the yolks (if you want to make this operation easier, use pastry rings).
  7. Finally let your eggs cook for 5 minutes , then turn them on the other side and leave them on the heat for another 5 minutes.
  8. They will be ready and well cooked when they have deflated and are adequately browned. Bring them to the table accompanied by a green salad or a plate of baked or steamed vegetables.
