Souffled Japanese Pancakes: The Recipe to Make Them Soft and Appetizing
Japanese soufflé pancakes, also called “fluffy pancakes”, are a fluffy and airy variation of traditional pancakes. They are often served with maple syrup, butter and fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- 2 yolks
- 22 ml of milk
- 35 g of flour
- 2 g of baking powder
- qs vanilla flavor
- 3 egg whites
- 25g of sugar
- a few drops of lemon juice
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the milk, then add the flour and baking powder.
- Separately whisk the egg whites and add the sugar and lemon juice.
- Combine the two compounds by adding the vanilla flavor. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of seed oil.
