The Pasta Recipe with Ground Beef and Cheese

Ground Beef and Cheese Pasta Recipe is a comforting and flavorful dish made by sautéing ground beef with onions and garlic, then adding a homemade tomato sauce. Once the pasta is cooked, it is tossed with the sauce and topped with melted cheese, providing a delicious combination of flavors and textures.

Ingredients

  • 360 grams of pasta
  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 120ml tomato sauce
  • Grated cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. We put a saucepan with water and salt on the fire and once the water starts to boil we put the pasta and let it cook over medium heat for 8 or 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile we take the minced meat and season it to our liking. We mix it with our hands so that the spices are well integrated into the meat and set aside.
  3. In a large frying pan with a little hot olive oil, put the onion, already julienned and poach it, adding a little salt. Once the onion is soft, add the spicy meat and cook until well done.
  4. When the meat is browned, add the tomato sauce, stir with a wooden spoon, leave the fire for a few minutes, then turn it off and let our sauce rest with the residual heat.
  5. Next, drain the cooked pasta well and add it to the pan. Mix well, transfer the pasta with the tomato sauce and the meat to a glass dish and set aside until ready to serve, at which time we sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
  6. We gratin the pasta with minced meat and cheese for a few minutes in the oven or microwave so that it is very hot and with a golden and crispy layer. We serve immediately.
