Savoy cabbage stew with minced meat

Ingredients

1 m.-largesavoy
500 gPotatoes, waxy
500 gMinced, half and half
2 TLZucker
1 TLPaprika powder, sweet
1 TLPaprika powder, rose hot
2 The priceSalt
2 The pricePepper, black
2 LiterWater
2 THEBroth powder
2 THEolive oil
1 Pck.Schinkenwürfel

Working time approx. 20 minutesCooking/baking time approx. 40 minutesTotal time approx. 1 hourFirst, remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage head and then cut it into small pieces – I still put the chopped leaves in cold water to rinse off any dirt. 
Now peel the potatoes and cut them nice and small.


Then fry the minced meat with the ham cubes in a high pot and season. 
When the mince has reached the desired browning, add the savoy cabbage and potatoes and then pour everything in with water. 
Now add the broth powder and let everything cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes.


Finally, season a little to taste; you can use the sugar for this. 
If you want more spiciness, use more pepper instead, as well as curry powder, fondor and finally crème fraîche.
