Pfirsich-Tiramisu
Ingredients

3 gr. Dose/n | Peach(s) (halves), drained, reserving the juice |
130 g | Zucker |
400 g | ladyfingers |
2 bags/s | Vanillearoma |
8 | egg yolk |
750 g | Mascarpone |
500 g | Sahnequark |
300 ml | Peach juice from the fruit |
Working time approx. 20 minutesRest time approx. 3 hoursTotal time approx. 3 hours 20 minutesLine a tall baking dish or large rectangular springform pan with half of the ladyfingers.
Drain the peaches and reserve 300 ml of the juice.
Heat the juice and drizzle half of it over the ladyfingers.
Quarter the peach halves and layer half of them on the ladyfingers.
Mix the egg yolks, sugar, mascarpone, vanilla flavor and cream curd together well.
Spread half of it on the peaches.
Layer the remaining ladyfingers on top and drizzle with the juice, place the peaches on top and spread the remaining mascarpone cream on top.

Chill for 3 hours and decorate as desired.
