Crispy Baked Potatoes

Crispy Baked Potatoes are a healthy and easy alternative to traditional fries. The potatoes are cut into quarters, seasoned with olive oil and spices, then baked until golden and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. This recipe is ideal to accompany a meat or chicken dish.

Ingredients

  • Large potatoes 3 (600g)
  • Olive oil 35 ml
  • Salt, pepper, sweet paprika 7g
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano (or rosemary)
  • Breadcrumbs 80g

Preparation

  1. Wash the potatoes well and cut them into quarters.
  2. Combine oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Add the potatoes and mix well.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet and add the breadcrumbs.
  5. Cook at 200° for 35-40 minutes. Thank you.
