Apple Pie (gluten-free) a Delight!
The famous apple pie, a classic dessert loved by everyone! Yes but gluten-free, with an ultra soft dough, simple and easy to make
Ingredients
- 8 servings
- 100g rice flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 80 ml of normal or vegetable milk
- 100 ml of oil
- Orange zest
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 apple
Preparation
- Half a grated apple. The other half you reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, yeast and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, beat the egg with the sugar and oil. Add the milk, apple and orange zest. Add the mixture of
- flour little by little until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- You put the mixture in a mold greased with butter.
- You place the apple in segments so that it is symmetrical and finally sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
- Optional: you made a mixture of water and jam. You will heat it for 10 seconds in the microwave and let’s paint the cake. It will be juicier.
