Apple Pie (gluten-free) a Delight!

The famous apple pie, a classic dessert loved by everyone! Yes but gluten-free, with an ultra soft dough, simple and easy to make

Ingredients

  • 8 servings
  • 100g rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 80 ml of normal or vegetable milk
  • 100 ml of oil
  • Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 apple

Preparation 

  1. Half a grated apple. The other half you reserve.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, yeast and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg with the sugar and oil. Add the milk, apple and orange zest. Add the mixture of
  4. flour little by little until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  5. You put the mixture in a mold greased with butter.
  6. You place the apple in segments so that it is symmetrical and finally sprinkle with brown sugar.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Optional: you made a mixture of water and jam. You will heat it for 10 seconds in the microwave and let’s paint the cake. It will be juicier.
