- Parsley
– 1 can of tuna
– Mayonnaise - Salt
- 3 eggs
– Liquid cream
Preparation of tomato verrines with tuna, avocado and eggs
Mix the avocados with a little liquid cream and put some salt in the bottom of your glasses.
Mix the parsley with the tuna and a little liquid cream then add salt and a little mayo and mix well.
And put in the glasses.
Hard-boil the eggs, then once cold, grate them and put them in the glasses.
