3 Potato Masks to Brighten and Smooth the Skin
Our skin is attacked and abused on a daily basis. Pollution, ultraviolet rays and stress alter its quality and lead to the appearance of pimples or even brown spots. 1 – Potato and milk mask
Grate a whole potato and squeeze it on a cloth to completely extract the juice. Use the potato for something else, but you’ll use up the juice it gives off. Mix with a spoonful of milk and let sit for 5 minutes. Apply to your face using a cotton pad, let dry and rinse after 25 minutes. You can use it daily and you will start to notice results.
2 – Yogurt potato mask
This mask is ideal for dry or combination skin. Like the previous process, squeeze the juice from one potato and add a tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt. Leave for 5 minutes then apply to the skin. Then let it sit for 15 minutes and rinse.
3 – Potato and honey mask
Peel the potato, bring it to a boil, then grind it into a puree. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and another of lemon. Mix and add a tablespoon of natural honey. Apply to skin and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This potato mask will help restore the natural tone of the skin , regenerate dead cells and achieve radiant skin.
