Apply Parsley to the Face to Combat Wrinkles, Acne and Blemishes

Parsley is one of the most used aromatic plants in cooking, being an essential ingredient in many dishes. However, few people know that this wonderful plant also has many benefits for our skin. In this article we list them all.

Ingredients 

  • 5 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
  • 250 ml of hot water
  • half a teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation 

  1. Let the parsley sit in the hot water for 5 minutes, then strain and grind the leaves until they have a creamy consistency.
  2. Add the lemon juice and honey and mix until smooth.
  3. Apply the mask to your face in the evening, before going to bed, and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and apply moisturizer.
  5. Repeat the treatment twice a week.
