Ingredients
- 250 g of light mozzarella cut into slices
- 200 g of cooked ham
- 50 g of grated cheese
- 5 potatoes
- 2 tomatoes cut into slices
- 1 spring onion cut into small pieces
- 1 egg
- Just enough breadcrumbs
- 1o grams of butter
Preparation
- First, fill a pot with plenty of water, put the potatoes in it without peeling them, cover them with a lid and cook them .
- Now cut the ham into coarse pieces, transfer it to the mixer glass, blend and pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Now insert the grated cheese, the spring onion, the egg and the breadcrumbs, then mix everything properly with the help of your hands .
- Once this is done, take a generous scoop of the compound, shape it to give shape to the meatballs and set them aside for a moment.
- Drain the potatoes, wait for them to cool, peel them and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick .
- At this point, brush a round glass baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, place a slice of tomato on the sides alternating with one of potatoes, one of mozzarella, one more of potatoes and a meatball once the border is complete, place 3 meatballs in the center.
- Finally, put them to cook in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200°C , when finished, turn them out onto a plate and serve.
