This awesome recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make this all the time! You should have seen her worked around the kitchen. Oh, man, she was so great! I learned a lot from her including this very simple recipe. This Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball is what you just might need today. You are so in for a treat! Serve this with crackers and you have yourself a snack to remember! as perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c grated cheddar
1 c crumbled cooked bacon
1 packet ranch dip powder
1 tbsp chopped chives
fresh veggies, for serving
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chives, and ranch. Stir until well mixed.
Transfer the mixture into a large plastic wrap.
Fold it and shape it into a ball.
Place it inside the fridge to chill for about an hour.
Remove from the plastic wrap.
Serve and enjoy!
