This Creamy Cabbage Gratin recipe is very easy to make and the result is incredibly delicious. Even those who don’t like cabbage will change their minds when they see this dish ready on the table. To start, we will cut a cabbage into thin strips and set it aside. In a pan with butter we are going to fry some garlic and onion until golden brown. When it is golden, we add the cabbage and then the grated carrot. We season with salt, turmeric, paprika and chives. Now we are going to pour cream, corn and cornstarch into the pan. As soon as the cream thickens, we transfer everything to a dish, cover with cheese and put in the oven to brown!

  • grated mozzarella cheese to taste
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 350 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • chives to taste
  • ½ cabbage

Method of preparation :

  8. Stir until it thickens.
  9. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake in a preheated medium oven until browned.
