Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of water
  • The juice of a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger

Preparation

  1. Carefully mix all the ingredients in the cup of water to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Consume this drink every morning for a week.
  2. It is very important to use organic lemons and not concentrated lemon juice found on the market. The latter contains a lot of preservatives and other additives which can have harmful effects on health.
