- The juice of a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
Preparation
- Carefully mix all the ingredients in the cup of water to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Consume this drink every morning for a week.
- It is very important to use organic lemons and not concentrated lemon juice found on the market. The latter contains a lot of preservatives and other additives which can have harmful effects on health.
