Chicken Tagine Recipe with Potatoes and Green Cabbage

Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 onions
- 1/2 green cabbage
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of yellow raz el hanout
- 1 vegetable stock cube
Preparation
- Slice the onions into thin strips and cut the Chinese cabbage into small cubes.
- Brown the chicken drumsticks with the two cloves of garlic, covered over medium heat, in a generous drizzle of olive oil.
- When they are golden, add the onions, cabbage, and spices. Mix well and brown without coloring for about 5 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped parsley. Sprinkle water to the height of the chicken. Add the potatoes cut lengthwise and the stock cube.
- Leave to simmer over low heat for 25 minutes, then uncovered, until the food is cooked and the sauce has reduced.
- We obtain a tagine with a light and creamy sauce. Serve hot in a large dish and enjoy with bread.
