Easy Potato Dumplings: With Only 5 Ingredients!
Potato dumplings are a delicious and easy dinner option. They are pan-fried until golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve them with sour cream or salsa for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 170 g potato flakes
- 120 cornstarch
- 40g parmesan
- 7g of salt
- 550 ml of water
Preparation
- Mix the potato flakes with the cornstarch, parmesan and salt.
- Add the water and form balls.
- Fry them in hot oil for 5 minutes.
