A delicious white cheese cake
Ingredients
- 200 g Flour biscuits
- 600 g Drained white cheese
- 3 Egg yolk
- 4 Egg white
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 125 g Butter
- 1 untreated lemon
Preparation
- Reduce the biscuits into crumbs (you can do this by hand or with a small robot), knead the crumbs with the butter and pack this preparation into the bottom of a round mold (preferably easy to release) and place in a hot oven for 10 minutes (thermostat between 7 and 8). Meanwhile, prepare the garnish.
- Mix the fromage blanc with the cream, sugar, egg yolks, lemon zest and the juice of half the lemon to obtain a smooth paste.
- Beat the egg whites and gently incorporate them into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture onto the base and cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
- Wait until the cake is cold, put it in the refrigerator and unmold it when serving.
