The sweet tooth, but not only, will not want to miss the opportunity to eat delicious yogurt biscuits . Which are perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack. In fact, thanks to their exquisite goodness and immense softness they will make waking up less traumatic.

Surely, they will also be loved by the little ones who will be able to have a healthy and genuine dessert at their disposal, which will not make them regret the very unhealthy packaged snacks. Furthermore, nothing prevents you from enjoying them even after dinner to close the meal moment in a satisfactory way.

Not to mention that they even contain very little fat, so this means that if you are on a diet you can indulge in a small sin of gluttony. As long as you don’t overdo it, of course. And, it’s not even too difficult to prepare them, on the contrary you will easily succeed even if you are not good at cooking. Because, the procedure is quite intuitive and does not require who knows how much time. Although the calories per cookie may seem like a lot to you, each cookie weighs about 30 grams, about three times as much as a normal breakfast cookie.

The recipe for yogurt biscuits, excellent for dipping in milk

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Refrigeration time: 25 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total time: 55 minutes
Servings: 12 biscuits (each biscuit weighs about 30 grams)
Calories: 80 per biscuit

Ingredients

  • 200 g of flour
  • 20ml of oil
  • 100 gr of yogurt
  • 35 g of stevia sweetener (or alternatively 70 g of normal sugar)
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar

What is needed for garnish

  • 50 gr of stevia sweetener (or 100 gr of normal sugar)

Preparation

  1. To start, put the flour in a bowl, add the stevia sweetener (or sugar), the egg, the vanilla sugar, 50 ml of the oil and the yoghurt, then knead with your hands.
  2. Once you have obtained a soft and compact mixture, transfer it to the work surface, incorporate 10 ml of oil, start kneading again, make a ball, cover it with transparent film, transfer it to the refrigerator and let it rest inside for 25 minutes .
  3. After this time, lightly flour the work table, divide the dough in half, create two sausages, cut them into pieces and roll them up to shape the biscuits.
  4. Now pass them in the stevia sweetener (or sugar), place them in a dripping pan lined with baking paper and using a round shaper, draw many half circles on the surface .
  5. Finally, cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C .

Compared to the original recipe, we have decreased the amount of oil and increased that of yoghurt to reduce calories, but they will be just as good.
