Have you ever wondered how some people manage to have such a perfect bathroom? Would you like to know what the secret is? We have put together some unstoppable tips for you to have a perfectly clean bathroom. So bring your gloves and household utensils for a quick tour of the best tips.
1 – CLEAN AND SHINE THE TILES
Our grandmothers had no shortage of tips for cleaning and making tiles shine, in this case very present in a bathroom. Especially with the simple use of dishwashing liquid. A high performance product mixed with hot water in a sprayer. Simply sprinkle it on the wall tiles or floor of your bathroom and leave it for two or three hours. After this time, rub the surface with a sponge and rinse.
2 – REMOVE LIMESCALE STAINS FROM THE FAUCET WITH WHITE VINEGAR
In the bathroom, hard water leaves unsightly limescale deposits on and around the taps. With white vinegar, you can easily get rid of limescale stains. Simply soak paper towels in vinegar and wrap them around faucets and other affected areas.
3 – CLEAN YOUR SHOWER HEAD
In order to clean a shower head as much as possible, you will need to gather materials: an elastic band, a plastic pouch, and of course the famous white vinegar. To do this trick, you need to put a little white vinegar in the pouch. Put the pommel inside and secure it with the elastic. Pour water until it is submerged in liquid and leave it to soak for a while. When you come back to free him, he will be clean!
4 – CLEAN THE WINDOWS
Between splashes of water and soap or toothpaste, the glass walls of our showers and our mirrors are not spared! To begin with, it is better to avoid the formation of fogging, a factor in the appearance of limescale. To do this, rub them with a cloth soaked in glycerin or 90° alcohol and say goodbye to fogging! To clean Plexiglas or glass shower windows, moisten the wall with half a liter of heated white vinegar.
Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse with clean water using a sponge. If the window is very dirty, mix baking soda crystals with this potion. For glass windows, also add a handful of salt. You will find your windows transparent and shiny! If you want to avoid marks on a daily basis, use a squeegee after each shower: this will prevent the water from leaving marks when it dries!
5 – FABRIC CURTAINS
If you have a phobia of bacteria or, like most of us, don’t like being around them, it’s important to keep your bathtub clean. The shower curtain is the most favorable place for the development of a biofilm: installing a fabric curtain is a good starting point. They are easier to clean and change. Choose curtains that match the style of your bathroom and remember to clean them regularly to limit the spread of these sticky bacteria around your bathtub.
6 – CLEAN YOUR SHOWER TRAY
The shower tray is also subject to numerous attacks from shower gel and shampoo as well as limescale and other dirt. To keep it perfectly clean, scrub the floor with a sponge and a fairly mild and in any case non-abrasive household cleaner. Repeat this operation several times a week.
