Roasted potatoes covered in breadcrumbs: a side dish that you can make in no time!

INCLUDED INGREDIENTS

  • 600g potatoes
  • Salty
  • Dry rosemary
  • Bell pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • 100 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
  • Romarine for cooking and decorating

METHOD

  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes. Leave in cold water for about an hour. Pour the potatoes into boiling water with salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Season with salt, dried rosemary and a pinch of sweet paprika. Then add the oil, parmesan and breadcrumbs and mix well.
  3. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, add fresh rosemary and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F/180°C for about 25 minutes.
  4. Decorate with fresh rosemary and serve.
