Roasted potatoes covered in breadcrumbs: a side dish that you can make in no time!
INCLUDED INGREDIENTS
- 600g potatoes
- Salty
- Dry rosemary
- Bell pepper
- Olive oil
- Parmesan
- 100 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
- Romarine for cooking and decorating
METHOD
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes. Leave in cold water for about an hour. Pour the potatoes into boiling water with salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, dried rosemary and a pinch of sweet paprika. Then add the oil, parmesan and breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, add fresh rosemary and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F/180°C for about 25 minutes.
- Decorate with fresh rosemary and serve.
