Just milk, oil, a handful of parsley, a few slices of spring onion and you’re done. Dip a pepper, a carrot, a stalk of celery in this delight and let yourself be carried away in a whirlwind of pure pleasure for the taste buds.

Wonderful fragrant sauce: ingredients and preparation
For this recipe, get:
- 50ml of milk
- 100ml of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- spring onions, 1 or 2 to taste
- parsley, 1 bunch
Chop the parsley with a crescent, slice the spring onions finely and keep everything close at hand.
Pour the milk and oil into a tall, narrow jug. Insert the immersion blender and operate it for a minute, without lifting it from the bottom.
When the two liquids are well mixed together, start lifting it slightly, as if you were whipping them so as to incorporate air.
Squeeze the lemon and filter the juice, then insert two spoons into the mouthfuls, adjust the salt and pepper, crush the garlic with the appropriate tool. Now add the parsley and the spring onion and mix everything again with the immersion blender until you obtain a creamy, thick and uniform mixture.
Bring to the table and serve.
